Child Safety Standards (CSAE)
Last updated: 5 July 2026
This page describes Zickr's standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and related child safety practices for the Zickr mobile application and services at zickr.app. It is published to meet Google Play Child Safety Standards requirements for social apps.
1. What we mean by CSAE
CSAE means child sexual abuse and exploitation, including content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. This includes, for example, grooming a child for sexual exploitation, sextorting a child, trafficking a child for sex, or otherwise sexually exploiting a child.
CSAM (child sexual abuse material) means any visual depiction, including photos, videos, and computer-generated imagery, involving the use of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct. CSAM is illegal. Storing or sharing CSAM on Zickr is strictly prohibited.
2. Zero tolerance
Zickr has zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM. We prohibit:
- Any sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualizes minors.
- Grooming, solicitation, or coercion of minors for sexual purposes.
- Sharing, requesting, or distributing CSAM through events, chat, vibe clips, posts, or any other feature.
- Events marketed to or intended to endanger minors.
- Using Zickr to facilitate contact with minors for sexual purposes.
Zickr is intended for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly permit child accounts. Misrepresenting age to access the platform is a serious violation.
3. In-app reporting (user feedback)
Users can report safety concerns inside the Zickr app without leaving the application:
- Open an event details screen.
- Tap Report below the vibe clip section.
- Select a category, including Child Sexual Abuse or Exploitation for CSAE-related reports.
- Review the pre-filled details, add a description, and submit.
After submission, users can track status and messages from our team under Settings → Reports in the app.
For urgent matters you may also email support@zickr.app with subject Child Safety Report.
4. How we address CSAM and CSAE reports
When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAE or CSAM on Zickr, we take action consistent with our policies and applicable law, including:
- Prioritizing CSAE-related reports in our moderation queue.
- Removing violating content and restricting or terminating accounts involved.
- Preserving relevant records as required for investigations.
- Reporting to appropriate authorities or hotlines where legally required (for example, national CSAM reporting mechanisms).
- Cooperating with law enforcement when we receive valid legal requests.
Hosts and co-hosts cannot report their own events. Other users, guests, and community members are encouraged to report concerns they observe on listings, media, chat, or at events.
5. Moderation and enforcement
Our trust and safety workflow includes:
- User-submitted event reports stored securely and reviewed by authorized Zickr staff.
- Account actions including warnings, suspension, and permanent bans for serious or repeated violations.
- Event removal when content or conduct violates these standards.
- Internal admin notes and user-visible status updates on reports.
These standards work together with our Community Guidelines, Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy.
6. Legal compliance
Zickr complies with applicable child safety and child protection laws in the regions where we operate. We do not use Zickr or Google products to store or share CSAM.
7. Child safety point of contact
For Google Play, law enforcement, or child-safety partners who need to reach Zickr regarding CSAE prevention practices or compliance with child safety policies:
Zickr Trust & Safety
Email: support@zickr.app
Subject line: CSAE Point of Contact or Child Safety Report
We aim to acknowledge child-safety reports within one business day and prioritize CSAE cases for review.
8. Updates
We may update this page as our practices, features, or legal requirements change. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision.
